Sadly Joey was found dead on the morning of Monday 9 February. The post mortem showed no significant reason as to why he had died. Until Monday they were both doing well and eating up to 12 whole herrings each per day. Mark has been brought back to the inside seal pens so that he can be monitored. He was seen by the vet on Tuesday who was happy with his physical appearance.
